Agreement
Terms and Condition
These terms outline the general rules, responsibilities, and service expectations that apply when working with Markupsoft or using this website.
Scope of Services
Markupsoft provides website design, web development, maintenance, consulting, and related digital services as defined in approved proposals, statements of work, or written agreements. Project scope, timelines, and deliverables are based on the final confirmed brief.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for supplying accurate content, approvals, access credentials, brand assets, and timely feedback needed for the project. Delays in approvals or missing materials may affect delivery schedules and launch dates.
Payments and Delivery
Payment schedules, deposit requirements, milestone billing, and final release terms are defined in the applicable proposal or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, final source files, deployments, or ownership transfers are completed after all outstanding balances are paid.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives rights to the approved final deliverables described in the agreement, excluding third-party tools, plugins, frameworks, or assets governed by their own licenses. Markupsoft retains ownership of pre-existing methods, reusable code patterns, internal tooling, and general know-how.
Warranties and Limitations
We aim to deliver professional, tested work, but no digital service can guarantee uninterrupted availability or complete freedom from defects across every device, browser, integration, or third-party dependency. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Support and Changes
Post-launch support, revisions, and change requests are handled under the maintenance plan or support arrangement agreed for the project. Work requested outside the original scope may require a separate quote and updated timeline.
